About the Role
We are looking for a Compliance Officer / Analyst to join our growing team.
You will help research regulatory requirements, support filings and reporting, track deadlines, and work with internal teams to make sure required information is complete and up to date.
No prior U.S. telecom regulatory experience is required. What matters most is strong English, good research skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
What You'll Do
Research U.S. federal and state requirements and turn them into clear, practical action items.
Support the preparation and coordination of regulatory filings, reports, registrations, and related documents.
Track compliance deadlines, filing status, and follow-up actions.
Review data and documents for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before submission.
Work with Accounting, Operations and other department to collect required information.
Monitor regulatory updates and assess potential impact on business processes.
What We're Looking For
Strong English skills (IELTS - 7.0/TOEIC 900 ...)
Excellent research and information-analysis skills.
High attention to detail, especially when working with deadlines, forms, data, and documentation.
Strong logical thinking and ability to understand complex requirements.
Good organization and ability to manage multiple recurring tasks.
Proactive mindset and willingness to investigate unfamiliar topics independently.
Nice to Have
Background in Law, Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
Exposure to compliance, audit, legal, research, or reporting work.
Experience in a regulated industry (tax/audit/leagal/compliance/business analyst) is a plus.
