Mô tả công việc
Assist in monitoring project activities to ensure compliance with development processes.
Support collecting and consolidating QA reports such as KPI, Risk, Issue, and Non-Conformity reports.
Participate in performing process audits under mentor guidance.
Support project teams in using project management tools (Jira, Redmine, Confluence).
Assist in analyzing process issues and proposing improvement ideas.
Join internal training sessions on QA knowledge, software development processes, and quality standards.
Yêu cầu công việc
3rd-4th year student or fresh graduate in Information Technology, Information Systems, or Quality Management.
Skills & Competencies
English: basic reading comprehension.
High discipline, strong compliance mindset, and attention to detail.
Clear and structured communication in both speaking and writing.
Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
Interest in compliance work, process control, improvement, and advisory activities.
WORKING TIME
Flexible internship schedule with ≥ 20 working hours per week.
Must be onsite at least 3 working days per week.
Leave for exams or vacation is accepted with prior notice to the leader.
