Mô tả công việc
Hỗ trợ cài đặt, cấu hình phần mềm, phần cứng máy tính, máy in, thiết bị văn phòng
Xử lý các sự cố cơ bản liên quan đến mạng (LAN/WiFi), email, tài khoản người dùng (Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace...)
Hỗ trợ quản lý và cập nhật tài sản IT (laptop, thiết bị ngoại vi...
Ghi chép, cập nhật tài liệu hướng dẫn (SOP), FAQ cho người dùng nội bộ
Phối hợp với các thành viên trong team IT để nâng cấp, bảo trì hệ thống
Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công của quản lý trực tiếp
Yêu cầu công việc
Có kiến thức cơ bản về hệ điều hành Windows/macOS, mạng máy tính, phần cứng máy tính
Ưu tiên ứng viên đã có kiến thức/kinh nghiệm về Active Directory, hệ thống email doanh nghiệp, hoặc các công cụ ticketing (Jira Service Desk, Freshservice...)
Tư duy logic, khả năng phân tích và xử lý sự cố (troubleshooting) tốt
Chăm chỉ, cẩn thận, có tinh thần trách nhiệm và thái độ phục vụ tốt
Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt, kiên nhẫn khi hỗ trợ người dùng không rành công nghệ
