1. Based on the DSTE (from Strategy to Execution) process, support strategic planning and strategy decomposition, responsible for efficient strategic execution and effective implementation, promoting the achievement of SP (Strategic Planning) / BP (Business Plan) goals.
2. Responsible for quality management. Address key business pain points by establishing quality standards and objectives, identifying the top N improvement projects, and providing professional quality solutions, while ensuring the effectiveness of these solutions and the resulting improvements.
3. Responsible for the excellence operations management. Serving as the assistant in managing affairs, leverage the company's process operation management system and digital operation tools to warn and reveal issues and risks in the business operation process (including but not limited to quality, efficiency, internal control, customer satisfaction, partner health, end-to-end processes, data, etc.). Guide various businesses to conduct process/IT adaptation and operations, continuously optimize and iterate around inefficiencies and problem points, ensuring that major issues and risks are not overlooked and that major risks do not recur.
4. Responsible for information security and knowledge management; responsible for implementing the company's information security and trade secret protection policies and management requirements, conducting awareness education, high-risk response, investigation of violation clues, and promoting sharing and efficiency improvement; establishing and routinely operating the knowledge management responsibility system, continuously conducting reviews and experience summaries, building knowledge assets at the Representative Office, and promoting their consumption and application.
5. Timely and effectively complete key tasks assigned by the supervisor, such as major annual events of the representative office, special projects required by the group, etc.

• Bachelor's degree or above in a related field(Operations Management / Quality Management / Process Management etc.)
• Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English
• Familiar with quality management methodologies (such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, TQM, etc.), with experience in data quality management (data source governance, data cleansing, quality assessment), and possessing methodologies for conducting regular quality assessments and retrospective corrections.

• Capable of efficient collaboration with international and local team and influencing cross-functional alignment without direct authority; able to integrate strategy, quality, operations, and digitalization into comprehensive solutions and take ownership of improvement outcomes; acts as a driver of results rather than just a process executor; continuously adopts and implements new tools and methodologies.
