Job Summary
We are looking for motivated Sales Executives to join our Residential Property team. This role focuses on selling residential properties, building strong client relationships, and delivering excellent customer service within a professional global environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Introduce and sell residential property products (apartments, villas, etc.) assigned by the Sales Department
• Handle customer inquiries and provide professional consultation to clients
• Maintain and develop relationships with landlords and potential buyers
• Build and manage client database
• Participate in project sales events and promotional activities
• Attend meetings with landlords and clients when required
• Support sales activities and other tasks assigned by the Business Line Leader

Yêu cầu công việc

Must-have Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing or related fields
• 0-1 year experience in Sales or Customer Service (Fresh graduates are welcome)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good teamwork spirit
• Willing to participate in networking or client events outside working hours
Nice-to-have Requirements
• Experience in Real Estate Sales
• Good presentation and negotiation skills
• Interest in residential property market
