Job Summary

• Managing and Driving profitable growth in Specialty Chemicals (Coatings/Paintings, Rubber, Plastics,...)

General Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, negotiate and manage business

• Manage extensive and complex market research and analysis projects

• Develop Sales and implement business plans, marketing strategies.

• Maintain growth opportunity pipelines, customers/ suppliers visits.

• Work with potential customers to understand their strategic initiatives and needs, effectively communicate to the internal management team, and assist in formulating solutions utilizing a consultative sales approach

• Collaborate with sales team and relevant departments effectively

Functional Skills and Knowledge

• Knowledge of raw ingredients in Coatings/Paintings/Rubber/Plastics

• 1-2 years of selling experience in the industrial raw materials. (open for fresh graduates)

• Communication/Interpersonal skills

• Negotiation and problem-solving skills

• Can use English in both verbal and written

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering or relevant major.
