- Provide customer support during the installation and usage of BSS Commerce Shopify products.
- Collaborate with the development team to create tasks, relay technical issues, and manage customizations.
- Keep customers informed about the progress of their requests and offer solutions as needed.
- Report recurring issues to the product team for ongoing product improvements.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
- Aged 22-25.
- Working hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:45 PM
- Basic technical knowledge in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required.
- Strong skills in communication, presentation, and analytical thinking.
- Quick learner, team-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Experience with ReactJS and NodeJS is an advantage
- Proficiency in English is a plus.
- Prior experience in customer support for tech or e-commerce is a plus.
- Salary: base salary 8M - 10M/month + bonus. Total income 9-12M.
- Work with an international team and exposure to cutting-edge e-commerce technology.

- Flexible Hours: 5 days per week, with 13.5 days of annual leave, plus company trips.
